Products listed for sale on the platform can only be shipped within Egypt.
The product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Delivery times and methods are determined by the seller.
Risk of loss or damage transfers from the seller to the buyer once delivery is completed.If the buyer chooses an available shipping method, they may track their shipment from their account dashboard, email, or the website.
The buyer will be notified of the delivery date after selecting a shipping method.
Delivery of the ordered product(s) will not be subjected to any unjustified delay.Unless otherwise stated at checkout, shipping fees apply.
Customers will be informed of shipping charges prior to payment.In case the product(s) are damaged during transport (e.g., damaged/open packaging, missing or damaged items), the buyer must take all necessary steps upon delivery.
The code for information technology requires the buyer to file a claim within three (3) business days through the platform after receiving the item(s).Ownership of the item(s) transfers to the buyer once payment is received and delivery is completed — meaning when the product(s) are physically handed to the buyer or their designated recipient.
Product Returns:
In case of change of mind → Risk of loss transfers from buyer to seller when the seller receives the returned item(s).
For any other reason → Risk of loss transfers from buyer to seller once the buyer ships the product(s).
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.
They are provided as guidance only and depend on order acceptance and approval.Under normal circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill orders within 5 business days from the order date.
Business days are Saturday to Friday, excluding public holidays.Delivery dates may vary depending on courier handling, the delivery location, the delivery method, and product availability.
