Warranty Terms
Please read the following terms to help us provide better service.
1- Warranty for a period of (5) months from the date of purchase at GTX maintenance center.
2- The warranty covers only industry defects, not software (RECOVERY – APPLICATION – DRIVER), and considers downloading drivers as a use of the product.
3- It can be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase and without use. Replacement is only done in the event of a manufacturing defect, provided that the box is original and has all the contents.
4- Refund request, If there are no defects in the device, 10% of the total invoice will be deducted.
5- The device is technically inspected before replacement.
6- In case of technical warranty, all attachments or the box must be brought.
7- The warranty does not include defects resulting from misuse outside the service centre approved by the agent.
8- The company is not responsible for the loss of any data (DATA) or any programs installed on the hard disk (HDD), and it is preferable to make a backup copy on an external hard drive before delivering the device.
9- Pre-installed programs are experimental only (without warranty).
10- The specified period for maintaining the device shall be a maximum of fifteen days (if spare parts are available).
11- The customer will be notified immediately upon completion, and in the event of non-existence, the device will be stopped until he arrives to receive it.
12- A product that has been repaired more than once with the same defect cannot be replaced unless it is approved by the service center.
13- GTX For Computer Services Company is not responsible for damage resulting from liquids, heat, breakage, or excess electricity.
14- The product will not be modified nor the warranty period completed after a new purchase not included in the previous period.
